How to Return/Exchange an Item 

We hope that you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t—perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you—we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. You have up to 30 days to return items purchased at Zenbah.com. Full details of all our return policies can be found on our Return Policies Page.

To return items by mail

1. Get your invoice ready

2. Email returns@zenbah.com with the information about the style(s) you want to return (style number, color, size, quantity).

3. Please include the reason for your return, i.e., too big, too small, defective, wrong color, wrong shipment, didn’t like, etc.

4. You wil have to purchase your own shipping label.

5. Prepare your package

6. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

7. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

8. Write down your tracking number for future reference.

9. Ship it

    What happens next?

    If the returned item passes all the requirements in our return policy, we refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

    NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.  Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

    To exchange items by mail

    1. Order a replacement item by emailing exchanges@zenbah.com. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used. (Need to find the right item first? Start browsing.)

    2. Please include information about the style(s) you want to exchange (style number, color, size, quantity) in the email.

    3. Please include the reason for your exchange, i.e., too big, too small, defective, wrong color, wrong shipment, didn’t like, etc.

    4. You will receive a return email confirming the items you are exchanging.

    5. Prepare your package

    6. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

    7. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

    8. Write down your tracking number for future reference.

    9. Ship it

      What happens next?

      We bill your credit card for your replacement item and ship it for free.

      As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
