All Zenbah online purchases at Zenbah.com will require a signature upon delivery for security purpose. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please allow one (1) business day to process your order(s). Order(s) placed during weekend or holiday will be processed on the first available business day.
Most in-stock items are normally shipped within one (1) business day, and arrive in 4 - 6 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
FedEx Standard Overnight
You will receive your order the next business day after shipment if your order is placed before 4 PM PST Monday through Friday. Standard Overnight delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped FedEx Saver or UPS Ground.
You will receive your order two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 4 PM PST Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped FedEx Saver or UPS Ground.

Sales Tax is only applicable to retail shipments within the State of California. No Sales tax will be charged for out-of-state and International shipments.
All orders already placed are non-cancellable.
All sales are FINAL but you may request to receive an e-credit for any merchandise that you are not satisfied with. An e-credit may be used towards any purchase made online with an exception of Gift Cards. E-credits may not be used towards the purchase of a gift card, are not valid on previous purchases and expire 90 days after the issue date.
All items that you wish to return must be received by Zenbah within 30 days of the date the order was received by the customer, based on postal tracking. All returned merchandise must have the tags attached and be in new and unused condition. Return packages must have the RA/ RMA# issued by Zenbah indicated outside the package. Packages without RA/ RMA#s will be refused & sent back to the sender.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns & exchanges. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded. Merchandise can only be returned via mail.

Customer may email SALES@ZENBAH.COM to request for a return/exchange or a return/e-credit. Please specify the customer name, order #/ date the order was placed, the item/ items you are returning and the reason for the return. For return/exchange, please do not forget to indicate the exchange items. Goods must be returned in compliance with Zenbah procedures to avoid delay or non-issuance of credit.
